THE FACTUAL AND TRUTHFUL HISTORY OF OBWAMI BWA BUKONZO KINGDOM WITH ITS ROYAL FAMILY OF THE ABASU-BANYANGALHA DYNASTY

As it is the case, today, the Republic of Uganda is a Country of cultural diversity, and vibrant socio-political life. But the monarchical Royal office, remains intrested in educating those, to whom it may specifically concern.
Apart from the present, we are also very much intrested in educating the next generations, and those counted in posterity.
It should be clearly understood that, with the ongoing education programmes, approved and authoritatively co-ordinated by the Royal office, we are effectively transforming your VIEW of Traditional leadership institution.
It is still in fresh memories that, starting from the 19th century, during the year of 1962, when Uganda was colonized by British, on attaining statehood political independence, part of the Rwenzori region, most especially the present day kasese district, remained trapped in the painful darkness at noon . in regret, it happened to become insecuritywise categorized in a sad description of a WAR-RAVAGED Enclave with the then prevailing armed political rebellion. This rebellion was being harmfully, and destructively operated by the militant groups of Rwenzururu rebel organization; spearheaded by Isaya Mukirania later succeeded by Mumbere Charles.
Sadly, with charles Mumbere, in the topmost rebel commad position, the Bakonzo’s lamentations, and anguished cries continued ever rising more to heaven! The terified Bakonzo ethnic community, and others, continued living in unity, and diversity, which were odds, but woven by the geo-politics, and the state care during then!
As a matter of fact, the existence of the Bakonzo’s Royal family is not an ABSTRACT THEORY, within the Bakonzo ethnic community of the Rwenzori region.
Sincerely speaking, the Obwami Bwa Bukonzo kingdom is not merely a chapter in the socia-political history of the Rwenzori mountain ranges. It remains a serious challenge for the Bakonzo for the Bakonzo ethnic people .
Here, the inquiring question is: why do people, some but not all, often View the so called Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, through the lens of cultural leardership institution; and equate the so far twice pardoned ex rebel leader Mumbere, with a tribal king of the ethnicity, whih is just existing by illusions in confused people’s minds?
Well, it should be informatively, and educatively learnt that, the Bakonzo’s genuine monarchical Royal Family spans centuries in terms of the age of its organic existence; and it continues bearing the intrinsic desire to make a cultural leadership difference, within the Rwenzori region. It is based on this desire, that, our cause driven struggle for the Revival of Obwami Bwa Bukonzo kingdom.
