NON EXISTANCE OF THE ETHNIC GROUP OR TRIBAL SOCIETY PEOPLE IN UGANDA CALLED BANYARWENZURURU
The same office of the Crown Prince for Obwami Bwa Bukonzo Kingdom again has this to say. It contends that, ethnically, tribalistically, traditionally, sociologically, and historically, has never existed an indigenous cultural group of people called Banyarwenzururu within the Rwenzori region.
The same Royal office asserts that, in as far as legalities are concerned; there is no any legislated law which recognized Banyarwenzururu, as a specific or particular ethnic community or tribal society in the country of Uganda.
The same Royal office of the Crown Prince further contends that, the insurgence of Rwenzururu rebel organization that characterized the Rwenzori region with the acts of harassment, torture, and other atrocities, committed under the command of Isaya Mukirania, and Charles kisembo Mumbere in succession, is the one, that was dubiously used to create an artificial gang of people, and brand them as Banyarwenzururu, within the Bakonzo homeland.
Still, the same Royal office submits that, Charles kisembo, and his associates in crime, should have been prosecuted for judicial penalty, for all the atrocities committed by the Rwenzururu warriors, had it not been the provision of Amnesty, which was put into legal consideration.
OBUSINGA BWA RWENZURURU OWNS A CRIMINAL GANG OF PEOPLE CALLED BANYARWENZURURU
Something very absurd is that, acting on false and misleading information with wrong explanation, on the account of dubious undertakings of fraudulent objectives, Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, a criminal oriented scheme, under the proprietorship of Charles Mumbere, for the definition of concept, is erroneously defined as a cultural institution of the Bakonzo ethnic community, while it is not all!
Then, in yet another blunder, to say, a greatly detested word Omusinga, wrongly used as a monarchial Royal office title in the invitation of king, with the statement of telling white lies, is erroneously defined as a cultural leader of the Bakonzo ethnic community in Uganda, while it is not true at all.
Please, NOT IT THAT, on this issue in dispute, that requires to argue about it, and to question if it is true , and being a contentious matter or issue likely to cause an argument, the Royal office, stands strongly firm, to denounce Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, as not being, and does not mean being a cultural institution of the Bakonzo. In the same measure, and the gravity of the matter, with further denunciation, Omusinga is not a word or title that mean cultural leader of the Bakonzo ethnic community.
RWENZURURU WARRIORS USED THREATS IN COMPELLING BAKONZO TO CALL THEMSELVES BANYARWENZURURU AND SUPPORT RWENZURURU REBEL ORGANIZATION IN ORDER TO SURVIVE
It should be learnt that, both Isaya Mukirania, and his successor, Charles Mumbere, while utilizing the instrumentality, of Rwenzururu rebel organization, were bent on total obliteration of the Bakonzo, and Bamba ethnic communities in the Rwenzori region, and have the entire Bukonzo kingdom completely destroyed.
In the above indicated hidden agenda, the warriors of Rwenzururu rebel organization were instructed to compel Bakonzo to accept being called, and call themselves Banyarwenzururu. In addition, the compelled Bakonzo had to be seen, supporting Rwenzururu rebel organization in order to survive.
This is why we are saying that, threatened Bakonzo were compelled to be called Banyarwenzururu out of fear, and for self preservationof not being killed in order for them to remain alive. Indeed, the threatened Bakonzo, Bamba, and Banyabindi would call themselves Banyarwenzururu, and actively support Rwenzururu rebel organization, while saying in Lhukonzo language that, Ngazonda Bukuliiro.
OBUSINGA BWA RWENZURURU SHOULD BE TOTALLY DISBANDED AND BECOME COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN
The Royal office, under the stewardship of the Crown Prince, has this to say. It argues that, the use of Rwenzururu concept reminds the Bakonzo ethnic people of the bitter memories of the Rwenzururu insurgency and its associated atrocities within the Rwenzori region. This therefore means that, the Bakonzo ethnic people would not wish to hear, or be, in any way, associate with, or get reminded of this bitter past.
Premised on its bad history, that awakens and revives negative feelings of bitter memories, which undermine the unity among the Bakonzo, the Royal office of the Crown Prince proposes that, Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu should be totally disbanded, and become forgotten completely. This will also enable the Bakonzo ethnic community to reclaim the overshadowed Bukonzo kingdom with ease.
Following this, we shall get to look at the people the Bakonzo, and Banyabindi, who refused to be called Banyarwenzururu, how they lost their pieces of land, and fled the Rwenzori region.
