LEARNING HOW TO DISTINGUISH OR RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OBUSINGA BWA RWENZURURU AND RWENZURURU REBEL ORGANIZATION THAT HAVE EXISTED IN RWENZORI REGION.
Our esteemed followers, members of the learning Bond, and other comrades in the struggle, let us begin by looking at the main word DISTINGUISH, which is grammatically used as a verb.
In conventionla definition, the word "Distinguish,"means to RECOGNIZE the DIFFERENCE between two things or people at agiven time and in a known place or an area of focused concern.
RELAYING A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR RECONSTRUCTING THE IMPERIALISTICALLY AND COLONIALISTICALLY OVER SHADOWED BUKONZO KINGDOM IN THE RWENZORI REGION.
In our previous communication, it was indicated that, Crown Prince Swaleh Tibamwenda Basikania, the Bonafide King In Waiting is using ICT (Information, Communication Technology) to Relay a solid foundation forthe projected reconstruction of the imperialistically and colonialistically overshadowed Bukonzo Kingdom.prior to this,we had communicated a response to a none constructive, destructing criticisms and Diversionary comments,pointing at over focussing on "Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu"and the so called Banyarwenzururu.
Indeed we not fighting Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu not its associationla membership which is ganged up as Banyarwenzururu. We are actually providing detailed history, with factula information, aimed at enabling members of the general public to clearly understand how Banyarwenzururutormented, tortured and killed the Bakonzo ethnic people and others. We are also providing sufficient information, to explain in great details about hoe the Banyarwenzururu continued using the instrumentality of OBR to re-overshadow Obwami Bwa Bukonzo Kingdom, which ny misleading propaganda, potrays a picture in mind that ther exist a teritory called Rwenzururu Kingdom - which has never geographically existed at all.
Yes, by use of monarchical dependability means, now the Royal ofiice of the Crown Prince For Obwami Bwa Bukonzo Kingdom currently under stewardship of the Crown prince swaleh Tibamwenda Basikania, is greatly utilizing the Royal social media platform, to relay a solid foundation for rebuilding the so much affected Bukonzo Kingdom.
Providinfg detailed factual information is like constructing a strong buildingon a solid foundation, that guarantees the strength of the building into a firm position.
Before a structure of a building rises up, the foundation must be "DUG DEEP" below a surface ground. The DEEPER the FOUNDATION, the stronger the builing being constructed.
A solid foundation requires excavation, removing everything that is weak, and unreliable untill you find a solid ground, below thw Earth surface. Indeed excavation is done by excavators, in this case the Crown Prince is the Excavator with the information being provided in a detailed manner to the extent of attracting criticisms and comments of "overfocussing" on OBR and the Banyarwenzururu.
The truth of the matter remains that, it takes time and patience. When storms come, only a building built on form foundation will stand strong. wihtout being shaken to collapse ot getting dismantled.
Note it that, the kind of foundation you lay, determines how high the building can go. The foundations of building a Bungalow differs from that of the Sky scrippers.
WHEN DOES THE STRUCTURE OF THE PLANNED STRONG BUILDING BEGIN TO TAKE SHAPE?
Now, here we are looking at what to do, to strengthen a solid foundation. Once the Foundation is dug, it must be reinforced. Builders use crashed stones to strengthen the base of the intended solid foundation, for the planned strong building. These stones are of the same material as the Rock they are builidng on.
In yet another step, then comes in the cement. Once it settles, the foundation becomes unshakeable. Just like a builder works underground before any visible progress of the strong building is made, crown prince is working within the frame work of building a strong Bukonzo Kingdom Institution in unseen ways, shaping the same Bukonzo Kingship Kingdom using the provision of detailed information about the history of Rwenzururu Rebel Organization (RRO) together with OBR and in its current status.
Once the solid foundation is set, the visible structure of the planned building begins to take shape. In a similar way after learning the detailed socio political history of the RRO, OBR Banyarwenzururu etc, the Royal office will begin on other programmes relating to the tribal, and other affairs of the Bakonzo ethnic community.
PETITION FOR THE RECOGNITUION OF OBWAMI BWA BUKONZO KINGDOM SUBMITTED TO THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR GENDER AND CULTURE IN UGANDA.
While still in the process of laying the said solid Foundation, Crown Prince Swaleh Tibamwenda Basikania submitted a petition for desired recognition pf Obwami Bwa Bukonzo Kigdom.
The said petition was submitted aboutSeven (7) years ago. It was submitted on the 28th day of March 2018. It was submitted to Hon. Mutuuza Peace, the then minister for State for Gender And Culture, in the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and social Development of the Government of the republic of Uganda.
The said petition in focus was captioned: "Petition for Recognizing Obwami, and Refraining Givernment agencies, authorities, Politicians, Other institutions, and Members of the general public from recognizing, referring to, and treating the so called OBR as the Bakonzo Kingship or Cultural Leadership institution, headed by Criminal Suspect Charles wesley Mumbere, designated as "Omusinga". This had been wrongly done , under a mistaken belief, which was by then being duly corrected in the said petition. Other relevant issues were contained in th same writteb petition to the responsible Minister.
But the most outstanding objective of communicating to the Hon. Minister, was that of enabling het to understand Mumbere as having been a rebel leader sinec the year 1966, and not a king of the Bakonzo ethnic community. The accurate information provided was equally intended to correctively change the Ministry's wrong attitude towards, outlook, oipnion on the man called Charles Wesley Mumbere, who was being wrongly portrayed as "King" by those who stand to dubiously benefit from doing so. During then, some other entities were also accurately informed about the same Mumbere, and his OBR.
This was not less than one year after Mumbere had been captured alive in the Battle field situation, on the 27th, November, 2016. He had been captureda alongside with his militias of OBR. He was successfully towed to the most dreaded Nalufenya Security facility, where extra ordinary dangerous hardcore criminal suspects were being detained for safe custody before being produced to court for formal prosecution.
LOOKING AT WHAT HAS BEEN SO FAR LEARNT ABOUT RWENZURURU REBEL ORGANIZATION OF 1962 IN BRIEF
The monarchical royal offuice of the Crown Prince, advises that, we should look at what has so far been learnt about RRO in brief; as we prepare our minds for the above reminder as explainedbelow;
1. RRO is in a way different from OBR, although both of them are known for having tormented, tortured and killed several of the Bakonzo ethnnic people, and others within the Rwenzori region.
2. It remains known that, RRO of 1962 was started by Isaya Mukirania, now the late. The same Isaya, who was a congolese by original Citizenship, or nationality, was in a clandestine paternership with Tom Stacey, a British Colonial Agent, who was always disguised himself as a British Journalist, while operating from within the Rwenzori Mountain Ranges.
3. The said Tom Stacey's main mission was all about disorganizing the Bakonzo, and Bamba ethnic people, to get completely assimilated into the Batooro tribal society of the then extended, and expanded Tooro Kingdom, which was the main apparatus of the British colonial Tooro Adminstration
4. Represented by Tom Stacey, the British colonialists never wanted the Bakonzo ethnic people to resist against the tooro assimilation undertakings, after having heard that, Omwami George Basikania, of Bukonzo Kingdom, had already hatched a scheme of doing so, while utilizing the infrastructure of his "Rwenzururu Freedom Movement", that projected a complaint against tribal integration, within the Rwenzori region.
5. The socio political History of "OBR" is not distanced from the origina objective of forming a sepaprate State, while under the guise of operating as a cultural institution of the gang of people, who had already been duped into calling themselves "Banyarwenzururu".
6. OBR which remains portrayed as a cultural institution, is against, and violates the culture of the Bakonzo ethnic people, which regards the act of a person killing another person as an Ethnic and Tribal Abomination. OBR is known to have been largely used in killing numerous Bakonzo, and other people!
7. Having covered a considerable amount of information derived from the History of RRO, by having looked at how it started, what it did, its core aims and objectives, then, we are now set to learn how it was brought to its end, as much as it remained known as the Forerunner of what is now called OBR. We shall also be looking at how the same OBR was brought to the evening of its existence, while pending its total collapse; as it is yet to be completely disbanded.
8. From a legal point of view, members of the general public are hear by being officially informed that, the Bakonzo ethnic people are duly recognized in the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda, as a distinct tribal society. This recognition was successfully achieved after a big struggle, by the monarchical Royal office. What is remaining now, is to explain as to why the Territory of thesame Kingdom is not indicated or shown on the geo political Map of the republic of Uganda. And this falls into the same Geo political complaints' bracket like that of Buganda Kingdom, whose Tribal Territory is not also indicated or shown on the Geo political Map of the Republic of Uganda.
